- $70/Hour, 20 Weeks Contract,36 Hours/week
Shift Info : DAYS: Thursday - Monday. First week will be Monday-Friday for Orientation
- 1 year of experience as Home Health RN required
- OASIS experience required
- Home health and case management experience required
- BLS Certificationpreferred
- VT state RN License preferred
- Strongly prefer an experienced traveler
- Looking for a nurse with NO requested time off for this contract
